b.Framing through the fence and the target, simplicity because the background isn't distracting from the subject, and depth of field because the subject is deeper than the target.

4. I would say this issue is very good. the strong points were that the stories were good stories and that they were very current and appealed to the students. the weak points were that towards the end of certain articles, the text sort of dragged on and at the end of some of the articles, the stories didn't fully wrap up.
